Meet Stella—our feisty, fluffy muse and the heart behind Stella Coffee. She's a Tortie Shortbread cat with big opinions and an even bigger personality. From day one, she’s ruled our home with sass and sweetness, and now, she’s lending her name (and her attitude) to our coffee trailer.

We’re a small family of three with a longtime dream of opening a cozy coffee spot. Inspired by our love of great coffee and the charm of mom-and-pop shops we’ve visited during our travels, we set out to bring something special to our own community.

After visiting friends who launched a coffee trailer, we felt the spark. With their encouragement, a vintage 1965 camper, and a whole lot of espresso-fueled determination, Stella Coffee was born.

Our mission is simple: serve exceptional drinks with a little personality, a lot of love, and maybe a cat hair or two (just kidding… kind of).
